WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
It typically takes 3 weeks between the order date and shipping date. Quick communication and replies between you and I will expedite the process.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns if you need an expedited portrait. We can make it work!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A full refund can be issued for 14 days after the order date. A partial refund of 75% can be issued after 14 days.
You will have the opportunity to approve the final product before it is shipped. Therefore, NO REFUND will be issued after the order has been finalized and shipped. Only extraordinary circumstances will be considered for full refunds post final approval and shipping date.

Currently I only ship within the United State, Alaska, and Hawaii.
